Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nelson-Electrical BB-432X2-A-JF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nerlite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nest product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 3041B0404XP0024H000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 200600 manufactured by Nerlite and we are pleased to be able to service most Nerlite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WGV by Manufacturer Nest as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Norbro Brand 20RDA401SDBE0D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Not such as 3330 equipment made by Not have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Not products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Not" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2534100 made by Nordic-Controls as well as the popular 65901AT9B original spares produced by Northrop-Grumman-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32180TC2 by Nord and 3330 spares by Not are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1000B0504XHT128S2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-American-Electric/siemens.
